All of our beans are roasted to a light to medium profile. That said, we generally divide them into two categories:

• Espresso roasts – These tend to feature less funky and less acidic beans, resulting in a more balanced and approachable cup that's enjoyable for most palates.
• Filter roasts – Typically roasted light to medium-light. These can range from vibrant and funky to more balanced and nuanced, depending on the origin and processing.

We always note the roast profile of the beans we offer. Be sure to check which brewing method the roast is intended for before making your purchase.
