Cafelix Berlin is a local roastery established in 2019 by Yael & Philipp Schäfer, owned since 2025 by Ohav Asheri.

we began our coffee journey in Tel Aviv back in 2011, opening our first roastery there. What started as a single shop grew into four specialty coffee locations, a thriving community, and a meaningful impact on the city’s coffee culture.

At Cafelix Coffee Roasters Berlin we share values and character with all of our branches and just like every creation, in Berlin, we have our unique vibrant community, style and coffee.

Our aim is to produce unique, specialty coffee, we are not into trends or gimmicks, We set a goal for ourselves to maintain high standard products, while taking into consideration principles we feel strongly about, like direct contact with the farmers, preserving the environment, and importing the best raw materials.

Our roastery is the beating heart of our work, from good roasts to even better ones - it’s all made with a romantic setup, with a roasting machine renovated from 1951, it’s like playing an instrument you can taste.
