Shakisso coffee hails from Ethiopia’s Guji region, nurtured by smallholder farmers at elevations up to 2,300 meters. These farmers cultivate heirloom varieties developed by the Jimma Agricultural Research Center for their resilience and adaptability.

The beans undergo meticulous processing — either washed or natural — enhancing their bright, fruity, and floral character. In the cup, Shakisso offers a silky body, vibrant citrus and stone fruit notes, and a sweet, lingering finish.
