Our House Blend is a changing mixture of our single-origin beans. Each variety is thoughtfully selected to complement the others, resulting in a balanced and harmonious cup. We taste and approve every batch to ensure it meets our high standards for flavor and quality.
Current Blend:
20% El Salvador Dwarf Huila – Natural-Anaerobic 48h Fermentation, Ahuchapan District.
20% Ethiopia Shakisso – Washed process, Guji Region.
60% El Salvador Rume Sudan – Natural-Anaerobic 48h Fermentation, Ahuchapan District.
Expect a sweet, flowery aroma, black tea cup, with a sweet fermentation finish.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
To keep your coffee beans fresh and flavorful for longer, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, humidity, and heat. Always reseal the bag tightly after each use to preserve their aroma and taste. If the bag cannot be properly closed for any reason, consider transferring the coffee to another airtight container or sealed bag.
